To be in good company is to be understood and respected, to be seen, heard and valued. From the first conversation to closing, partnerships are cultivated.
The vibrancy of Virginia’s client and professional relationships was what led her to launch In Good Company. Each client is met with solutions crafted for their journey, rooted in honesty and warmth, as well as fierce (certified) negotiation skills and a design-minded approach.
Meet Virginia
Good instincts. Big ideas. Fierce follow-through.
I'm a Portland real estate broker, design consultant, and believer that where we live shapes how we live.
I founded In Good Company on a pretty simple idea: buying, selling, and making a home should feel like an experience built around you—not a transaction pulled from someone else's playbook.
I bring a discerning design eye, sharp market instincts, and a healthy dose of tenacity to everything I do. Whether I'm negotiating a deal, seeing potential in an overlooked property, or helping someone rethink a room, I'm always looking for the opportunity others might miss.
My approach is equal parts strategic and personal. I'm a straight shooter, a creative problem-solver, and a fierce advocate for my clients. I believe in doing the homework, telling the truth, having a plan, and knowing when to push.
Outside of work, you'll find me gardening, hunting down second hand fashion, making something delicious, or enjoying Portland with my family and our labradoodle, Polly.
Good company makes all the difference.
